Maddie LoMonaco

Maddie LoMonaco is currently a senior at the University of Georgia where she is studying housing management and policy. She has had a passion for housing since she was young and has always wanted to help people find a fantastic place to live. She loves the school/social life balance as well as the well-known professors that her university provides. Recently, marketing has become a new passion of hers, and she plans to begin her Master of Science in marketing at Clemson University this upcoming fall. She is looking to combine the two degrees and excel in a career in student housing or multi-family housing.

Maddie has earned the opportunity to be involved in H.O.U.S.E, a housing opportunity for undergraduate student enhancement. She leads as an organizational outreach officer and usually spends her time planning events, connecting the club with the university, and getting more students involved.

When she isn’t in class or spending time as an organizational outreach officer, Maddie enjoys cooking, with her current fixation being “Marry Me Chicken,” going to the gym, and volunteering at the Athens Humane Society. She has a love for traveling, as she had the opportunity to study abroad in Australia, where she exhibited her love for animals, group work, and environmental culture.

Maddie feels that having a good-sized bedroom is very important in her personal apartment search, which is why she loves her current housing. Additionally, she idolizes a clean and organized neighborhood with beautiful views to admire, which makes Athens, Georgia the perfect place for her!
