Nick, a proud Georgian, has embraced his roots throughout his life. Originally from Dacula, he spent his senior year in Ball Ground before settling in Athens, where he currently resides as a sophomore at the University of Georgia. Majoring in International Business and Management Information Systems (MIS), Nick envisions a future as a serial entrepreneur, eager to make his mark in the business world. Athens, with its vibrant atmosphere, provides the perfect backdrop for his academic journey.

Living off-campus, Nick explored the best apartments Athens has to offer during his search. With a deep affection for animals, particularly his two cats, finding a pet-friendly apartment was a non-negotiable criterion for him. Additionally, he sought a studio that would accommodate both his personal space and his shared living arrangement with his girlfriend.
