Pete Bernardo is the Vice President of Product at Novi AMS, guiding product strategy, modernization initiatives, and user-experience innovation for a fast-growing association management platform. With more than two decades of leadership across product, UX, and engineering, Pete blends deep technical expertise with a strong operational understanding of how great digital products are built, scaled, and sustained.
Pete is also a seasoned entrepreneur. He founded Punchlist, a collaborative creative-feedback platform that was acquired by Marketwake, and he continues to support founders as a Techstars All-Star Mentor—a role he’s held for more than seven years.
Before joining Novi AMS, Pete spent six years in executive leadership at 352 Inc., where he grew the UX organization, led product development for tools like AgileFlare and PlanningPoker.com, and guided the company’s evolution toward traction-based product marketing. Earlier in his career, he worked across design, UX, and information architecture on digital experiences for brands such as Ben & Jerry’s, Microsoft, MTV, Southern Comfort, and CNN.
Across his career, Pete has become known for turning complex digital challenges into simple, elegant solutions—and for developing teams that deliver products users genuinely love.
