Sarah Watts

At just 11 years old, Sarah started a beauty and lifestyle YouTube channel. As the channel evolved alongside her, Sarah consistently shared videos from middle school to college, covering topics like makeup, decor, and advice. This journey sparked her passion for content creation and branding, leading her to pursue a Marketing degree at the University of Florida.

As Sarah transitioned to off-campus living, she discovered her love for apartment life and took on the role of a leasing agent for over two years. She found the sales and marketing skills she was learning in class were applicable to the role. This role fueled her passion for the housing industry and helping students find their perfect apartments. Equipped with industry knowledge and marketing expertise, Sarah embraced her role as a Market Director.

Now overseeing the Gainesville, Tallahassee, Orlando, and Tampa markets, Sarah cultivates relationships, secures new contracts, and builds a strong client network through strategic outreach. Sarah's creativity shines as she collaborates with customers and videographers to create captivating virtual apartment tours, while also managing social media presence for all markets. Sarah also actively contributes to the North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA) in Gainesville, serving on the Advisory Council and chairing the Communications Committee. In this role, she manages NCFAA's social media presence and leads event outreach efforts.

In her free time, Sarah loves cooking, constantly experimenting with new recipes. She equally enjoys dining out, with a fondness for Mexican, Asian, and burgers. A bookworm at heart, she holds a special place for the Harry Potter series (a proud Hufflepuff). Sarah and her partner cherish their two cats and relish exploring the city on weekends or heading to the beach.
