Sofia Heredia

Meet Sofia Heredia, a fourth-year student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Integrated Business! With her eyes set on a future career as a financial advisor at a broker-dealer, Sofia is eager to build meaningful connections and help others navigate their financial journeys.

Beyond her academic and career ambitions, Sofia has a strong creative side. She has gained hands-on experience in content creation and video editing through her work with the Heredia House Foundation, a nonprofit organization, as well as for a small business, Detailing by Dorsey. Whether it’s producing videos that tell impactful stories or curating engaging content, Sofia loves the process of blending creativity with purpose.

Outside of work and school, Sofia loves staying active and adventurous. She loves playing pickleball and enjoys spending time on the court with friends. When she’s not playing, you can find her painting, going to the gym, or relaxing at the beach with a good book in hand. She also has a deep love for the ocean, snorkeling and scuba diving are two of her favorite activities. On top of that, she’s passionate about traveling and dreams of seeing the entire world someday. Fluent in both Spanish and English, and with roots in Argentina and Colombia, Sofia brings a multicultural perspective to everything she does.

At 407apartments, Sofia is excited for the opportunity to help students find housing that feels like home. She is eager to make the student living process more enjoyable and stress-free. With her enthusiasm and creativity, Sofia can’t wait to contribute to the 407apartments team and support students in finding their perfect place to live.
