Swamp Rentals Wins Supplier Company of the Year Award at 2023 NCFAA ACE Awards

Swamp Rentals has been honored with the prestigious Supplier Company of the Year award at the 2023 North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA) ACE Awards. This recognition stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the Gainesville market.

We’ve had a busy 2023 dedicated to customer service and local involvement! Sydney, our Managing Director, serves on the NCFAA Board of Directors, and Sarah, our Market Director, serves on the NCFAA Advisory Council. We’ve attended over 13 NCFAA events and served as Chairs on the Communications Committee, Holiday Party Committee, and New Development Bus Tour Committee.

We’re proud to have built a team that focuses on taking care of our customers and helping them reach their goals. For example, our team took customer

appreciation and support to a whole new level this year by visiting over 60 student housing turn teams with a Gelati truck. This thoughtful gesture not only showcased our commitment to our clients, but also added a sweet touch to the demanding process of turn.

This year, we’ve also recognized the power of video content and created new Top 10 videos for our customers. Our Top 10 Videos series highlights communities 10 best selling points, offering leasing teams a unique and visually appealing way to showcase their communities. Additionally, to connect with our audience and stay at the forefront of social media trends, we successfully launched our TikTok account. By embracing this popular platform, we demonstrated our adaptability and willingness to meet our customers and student audience where they are.
